I made a small change today on screen size. It looks a lot better in small screens but not sure of tablets - haven't tested here.

Yes, I tested on my Nokia Lumia and an LG Android (with a very small screen). It reads a lot better now...

I usually use the "Full"site on my E7.  I've just tried the "Mobile" version.  The top of the page looks like c##p on Opera Mobile as you cannot read the header easily as the blue lettering doesn't contrast well against the grey background.  However in the native Nokia browser it looks good with the lettering being white.  Why the difference?

The Nokia Browser is on the left and Opera Mobile on the right.

There's something about Opera both on desktop and mobile that is annoying. It seems it doesn't respect the CSS that every other browser does...

Could you please visit our IP information page and send me the User-Agent for your Opera Mobile?

That's ok, I have installed Nokia Mobile Emulator on this laptop. Still annoys me to no end that Opera can actually download the logo but it's not showing it.

The change has standardised the appearance on iPad and Tab, however, I would have preferred the iPad view had changed to the Tab view, rather than the two meeting at the current compromise (yes, I know this stuff is very very subjective).

iPad left, Tab right.

iPad left v Tab right

I've changed the miniport to use the device width instead of a fixed size. Higher resolutions will cause that. On the other hand, the initial view was also changed to a larger size. This makes everything better on smaller screens. Tabs are in their own category - I would be happier using the full Geekzone on a tab screen and Geekzone Mobile on a smaller screen.
