Arrg, ads. A necessary evil. I must cough up my $25 to geekzone again soon.

Is there any update on this? It only started happening to me last week. Using Firefox 28 on Windows 8.1u1 with Adblock Plus installed but disabled on Geekzone.

Doesn't seem any headway has been made on this issue.
For the moment I have had to remove my exclusion for geekzone from adblock plus until the issue gets solved as I just can't read some posts. - sorry.  :-(

I have asked for an update on this but seeing nothing yet I will disable it later today when back home.

You have an old subscription. We dropped prices two years ago. You can cancel your sub on PayPal and wait until it runs out here then create a new one.

I sent quite a few emails out when price dropped and to subscribers when close to renewal back then but only for those who allow us to contact via email.

I have now disabled the ad delivery via Pagefair - only using measurement for the time being.

Thanks folks!

And I think that it is a very reasonable sum for what this site offers.

I would encourage anyone thinking of subscribing to give it a go. It's only $25 for a year and it helps the site to continue.
