Hold the windows button and tap the space bar once.

I believe you may be looking at an issue with what happens when you set your windows language to NZ (in combination with something else, I forget). To test, right click a file on your desktop and press the letter r. If you don’t immediately get the file properties displayed you need to fix your language settings.

TinyMCE has acknowledged this as a fault and will put a fix next week. Thanks @Behodar for raising the issue with the Github repository.
