my main site url looked the same as that, but live.geekzone.co.nz came up with the 3rd icon and allowed me to whitelist it (not that it made any difference).  What extensions do you have installed?

I don't have any Facebook or related Firefox add-ons plug-ins or extensions, the only ones I have are the "MacAfee Web Advisor" extension, and the "OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems" and "Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google" plugins

I can see the last 2 installed on mine under plugins, but the facebook container addon I had installed was under extensions.  In extensions I've got Adblock Plus (whitelisted for gz), Youtube HD and a couple of others.

My only extension is the "MacAfee® WebAdvisor" extension
