Nope, this is not the site. It could be something with international links, since we have some Google scripts there. I would say your browser is waiting on something else... If you right-clic and select View Source and can see the whole source to </HTML> then we served the page - some other host is causing the problem.

Try adding the following line to your hosts file:

127.0.0.1 view.atdmt.com

It seems this atdmt host server is timing out for some New Zealand connections. I won't be getting ads from them anymore.

I'm having real problems viewing the site as well. I have tried using firefox (unusable) and now IE which is running but at a snails pace. It isn't my internet connection (VF) because I can open up other tabs and browse other sites normally, local and international.

Interesting. But I don't see the same happening here. Perhaps there's some problem with International traffic on your side? Have you tried to add the line I mentioned before to your hosts file?

Spoke to soon. I navigated back to the main index and tried to selct the vf forum and it's locked up again. (Firefox).

IE is still working but as above very slowly.

I've asked before but you have not confirmed: have you added the line to the hosts file as I indicated in my previous post?

run notepad, open \windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and add that line. Save and reboot. Sometimes reboot is not needed but the old IP address maybe cached.

It wouldn't let me save the file or overwrite the existing host file?

You must be an administrator on your machine.

I have paused the ads now so in ten minutes it will stop showing and you won't need to change the hosts file.
