If everyone is at Brew Day at the Arena, Brew Union is probably quite a good place to be!

freitasm: Saturday is better for me.

I'd be keen to head up as well. I'm not rostered to be working that Saturday, possibly you could pick me up on theway through?

Sounds like a plan! Could collect @michaelmurfy as well.

freitasm: I am talking to Vodafone this week on how to proceed with pizza in at least one location.
Wonder if PBTech would assist and provide a bit of a promo at all seeing it looks like they’re about to open up.

You're not on Atlantis anymore, Duncan Idaho.

Great idea! Are there PB Tech employees here who could pass on this idea? (I’m aware of @NikT, but there may be others?)

Walking past the shop this morning shows items on shelves, which is progress from a week ago, but I’ve not seen a firm opening date yet - anyone know anything more?

I must admit, I would probably have trouble securing the necessary travel documents from the certifying authorities for a full days worth of activities, so sorry @maoriboy, looks like you will just have to drink more on behalf of the rest of us!

Looks like Saturday 28th could be a winner, say a 4.30pm start? I will get in touch with Brew Union to confirm availability, since it seems like that is the way we want to go

I have secured a couple of hundred dollars bar tab from Vodafone for this meetup.

That's great news, thanks Maurico and Vodafone! If any of you have some Vodafone swag, might be the time to wear it!

I have booked in with Brew Union for Saturday 28th August @ 4.30pm. We have one of the bar leaners near the kitchen, but I have asked them to put a note on that if it is a nice day, we will have the option to switch to an outdoor table. I booked for a rough 10 people, but if we have a few either way, they will be fine.

I would like to attend as a late starter. Would be great to see some familiar faces again, even if I can't hear y'all. Just in the middle of moving and another grandchild due in Wellington the week before this event so may be a close call. First babies are usually late.

I think it's best to postpone this one. Perhaps pick another date in mid to late September?

Yes, that is a sound idea @freitasm; I somehow don't think we are going to be at Level 2 by Saturday...

So unless anyone has any conflicts, Saturday 25th September seems like a date as good as any other at this tentative stage.

Thoughts? Concerns? Violent reactions?

Given the current climate/uncertainty, I think i'll wait off buying flights this time around.

Nick.
