Its kind of ironic that Vodafone was locked out of GZ over a post that brings to light their, dare i say dodgy billing practices. Zico, it would seem was too in love with the company he works for that he was unable to objectively see that they can get it wrong sometimes. I know it isnt the place to have a go at VF, but is arrogance and self righteousness a corporate policy at VF???? No disrepect to anyone who works there.......but thats all ive ever experienced from them when ive had problems.

Anyway kudos to all those who do enjoy sitting nude in front of their PCs. Nice to see im not the only one.

As I said I have no way to confirm that this is the company involved - the user could well be behind a spoofed IP Address. But things were strange, and this was referred to VFNZ officials.

What happens from there is outside my control - but I made it clear that what I expect is just the understanding of the objectives of the forum.

We all know we have a bunch of good people from VF posting here, helping the users and doing well. I just want this situation to be clear.

As I said before I am a VF NZ customer, as well as a TNZ customer. And I am happy with both, using each of the resources as required. But when people post here (from any company) they must be aware they are representing that company.

I would hate to see an action from VF or TNZ such as locking their own people out of the forums just to keep them out of trouble - this would not be a good direction. Educating is the way to go!

I am locking this thread now.
