Doing an Avatar is not hard - I have experience with uploading/resizing images for mywedding.co.nz (wife's site).

It's just that I am in the middle of a project now (through end of February 06), and then another family project. Then a baby in April. And a house move.

But I will consider it - might do in the free time (???)

Finally! They have been accepted.

Though the placement looks a bit strange.
Would it look better having them directly under the usertitle and having the post count / flag below it. (Even crazier idea - could we have the flag on the same line as the nickname to save space?)

Another idea: In the 'My Profile' page have an avatar section with the current avatar and a "View/Change avatar details" link to gravtar. Thus the newcomers whom may have used other forums like PHPBB, VBB, IBB etc can easily adapt and get their avatar up without having to search for this thread or post a thread.
