New List feature alert! New List feature alert!

A new Google AdSense option is available in the Lists now - it will add a Google AdLink to the sidebar...

Check this post to see it in action...

I have now enabled comments in my Geekzone Blog only, for testing.

I'd appreciate if anyone could post a comment on this post.

Thanks for that... Hmm. There are two comments posted, that's why you got two e-mails. Have a look, and each will have a different confirmation code...

Will work on redirecting instead of just refreshing the script.

A question for you guys: would you like to have a checkbox to receive notifications on replies, like we have on the forums?

Or just like other blogs, leave it alone - after you post that's it?

That answer sounds logical to me. I'd leave it out

Especially as we can direct any protracted discussions to GZ forums if need be :-)

My comment had a URL and an image... obviously both were filtered out (or rather HTML just not allowed...) which is fine...

That is intentional... I think from a security point of view restricting HTML in comments is the safe bet. Someone could just slip an iframe there redirecting to another site with an exploit - that would be nasty.

I am also start filtering HTML from the title - users can enter HTML in the post or the Free List tool.

The Post Comment box will be just below the post and comments - like in my own blog now. I was thinking of adding other stuff there too - possibly like on Geekzone, with links to Digg, Newsvine, Yahoo! Bookmarks.

Porbably make that optional... What do you think?

Comments are enabled for all Geekzone Blog sites. More in a post in my own Geekzone Blog explaining how it works soon, but you can enable this feature now.

And with this I will deem this task completed.

Next are any fault fixes and Trackback/Linkback (which are nice, but not the priority).
