Also, 'most recent friends updates' and 'most recent updates from ....', could it be made so that the link showen there jumps to the most recent post/recently posted post?...or have the thread name link as it does now, but have an additional arrow that jumps to the most recent posted post/newest since last visit?
I use those, but its a hassle to have to click on the link, then scroll down the page, and click on the last page, to see the new posts...

freitasm: What about the ability to "pin" (bookmark) your favourite threads so they are listed on top of all discussions on each forum or on a separate section just for them?
Yea, they would be really good and I would also like to see somethings like,
Add favorites to your profile, so that when we view our Profile, we can see the favorite threads that we have marked or pinned
Add ratings to the thread (1 to 5 stars) and have a search feature which searches according to the ratings
The idea of marking a thread as an answer is an excellent one
Would like to see a Seach Forums option which is similar to the following design:
Since Geekzone Search uses Google Custom Search, its quite easy to create a custom search for each forum. I have created one for Microsoft Windows and Mac Os forums . The results are pretty good!
Any chance of a definative list of possible and planned changes, and a timeframe? (just to be pushy)
Rather than let the matter die, there have been many great suggestions made in this thread by many people, so wish to keep this thread alive to help get the ball rolling.
