Its been a great resource for me in my "unpaid" role as a "dad/son/home IT support" technician  haha. 

I should have bought a house when I joined Geekzone (November 2008) 😟 those were the days! Life was quite simple (and cheaper) then!

Drastically. The house I was renting 20 years ago sold in 2003 for roughly 3 times the median household income, it's now worth nearly 8 times the current median household income.
