Hi all.
Geekzone posts with long lines of text is currently impossible for me to view now.
When i go to compose a New Post, the edit box runs off the screen eg as below:
Edit Box Running Off Screen    Edit Box Running Off Screen   Edit Box Running Off Screen   Edit Box Running Off Screen

Here is graphic

I have reported this to sysop several times who I guess is waiting for others to report these problems before taking action.
Also a similar occurrence with viewing posts. Almost impossible due to last 20 odd characters being truncated.

The format with this post when viewing is really stuffed up see here

This is using FF 13 and earlier under Linux Mint. Monitor 1024x768.

Can anyone else confirm they are getting the same anomalies only with Geekzone?
Regards,
Alistair

Are you running an adblocker? These have been known to cause issues with GZ.

Hi yes I am and I can see now where the view was changed on previous post due to ad being in middle, but adblock does not stop the truncated lines at end of edit box and other posts when an ad is not present.
EG ADBLOCK OFF
Also I have cleared the cache etc.
Thanks,
Al.

Have you tried writing with the rich text editor off? It seems your browser is inserting non-breakable space between words - this is the browser, not the site.

Hi see previous post image which was posted by another this is the main problem Freitasm I cant view posts from others.
Anyway, if its only me, then its not such a problem, but it would be good to get to the bottom of it as I like Geekzone - full of good information!
Cheers,
Al.
