Hmmm. I'm sure I saw someone requesting this before. Anyway.

I have changed the User Profile page to show *ALL* discussions you have participated (including the ones you started, the ones you replied to, and the ones you are watching), in descending order of reply timestamp.

Previously that page showed only the discussions you started - I believe the list now is a lot more useful.

If the feature works ok we can easily port it to show the ten most recent discussions in the forum sidebar, Geekzone Live or in our frontpage.

If you want this reply here with your request for forum sidebar, Geekzone Live, frontpage or all...

Great idea.
I like the generalist nature of the current GZ homepage because I often stumble upon discussions and topics outside my immediate areas of geek interest. However quick access to the topics and threads I frequent by being able to click on something in the homepage 'toolbar' (can't think of a better term for it) would be really useful. Particularly if I can save as a bookmark.

Or me, here. Either way, thanks freitasm, that's awesome. perhaps an extra column with the sub-forum name?

I vote for adding to all of your suggested locations. I'd vote for it to replace the Friends part of GZ live.

Great addition - There are some topics I had forgotten about - easy to find them now!
Thanks

Ok, I have added this to the forum pages now, on the sidebar, just below the Trending Topics list.

Looks good... any chance that we can switch off the friends activity in our forum settings? I ask because the extra width will now make it near on impossible to view on smaller res screens (my netbook, specifically).

Oh, sorry... must not have looked recently. there's so many!! :P

GZ Live: sub-page links are broken (missing hostname - relative to live.gz.co.nz, not absolute to www.gz.co.nz)

Another one - links open in the same window, not a new one like the existing columns. (also doesn't show the last poster, but that's not that important)

Fixed, thanks.

Not showing the user names on that list, intentionally - until we can establish the actual load in our SQL process with a bit more accuracy.
