Kingston and SanDisk MiniSD cards work fine in the 6265. But other brands don't seem too

I recommend going to http;//www.flashcards.co.nz they are very knowledgable (they have a toll free number), and if you tell them what phone you have, they will sell you a compatible card (and their prices are *very* good).

Probably.... You have formatted it as "Fat32" or NTFS.. you need to format it as "FAT16" or "FAT"

Try getting the phone to format it if not look for a "FAT16" format tool.

Same goes for digicam cards.

Stick with Kingston, Sandisk or Nokia branded cards, Nokia's flash memry support is rather buggy in all models, Transcend did NOT work.
