Does anyone know how i can change the flag icon i currently have, I am from New Zealand and haven't been within 10000kms of the USA...

You are probably using a Telecom CDMA connection or similar - the IP database lists these IP addresses as registered to a U.S. location...

Yes it will, although if you are on Go Large it will show as an Australian flag.
