This is a very minor formatting issue for sure.
The bullet point text in the left hand sidebar; "Options", "Stalk User" etc does not appear to format or align correctly.
Occurs in both iPad (7.0.4). Safari and Chrome.

It's intentional. Some mobile browsers don't implement touch/hold correctly so the menu doesn't work well. Looking at alternative menu providers to replace that.

Sometimes on the iPad the site presents itself as the mobile version, at least there is a link to go back to the full ver.

It will always be mobile on the iPad. Once you hit the link to go full version it will plant a cookie to go back to full version on each visit. If cookies are removed then it will default back to mobile.
