sidefx: I think if you don't have the "trusted" tag you can only edit\delete within a certain time of making the post (like 10 or 15 min?)

freitasm: You can edit your posts for up to 60 minutes after entering it. After that it's locked for edit. We've done this because there were cases of people writing something and days later going back to change it to the complete opposite then in the discussion saying "you're quoting me wrong, I've never said that".
