Hello

Mauricio has just solved my formatting problem  - Thanks for your help and patience.

Now for my messages problem :

When I get the screen showing my messages I get the two groups "Incoming Messages " and "Outgoing Messages".

Under "Incoming Messages I get 3 options 'switch to archived'  'switch to unread'  'switch to followup'.

These options are not under "outgoing Messages" and I can only see recently sent messages.

suggestions please

There are no follow up status for sent messages. Archived sent messages aren't visible by design - not at the moment.

Nothing is ever gone... Just hidden.
