I have tried several times to update my Geekzone Personal Information but when I click Update it refreshes with the old information still showing. No email arrives asking me to confirm the change to my telephone number. What am I doing wrong?

You could have an ad blocker or a password manager messing with the page?

Also only enter password if changing it. Otherwise leave blank.

I tried turning AdBlock Plus off in Firefox 37.0.2 for the Edit my Profile page and it did not work. However, Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17728 worked fine updating the phone number. Not sure why Firefox did not update the profile data but Internet Explorer did. Thanks for your help!
