I just posted and its telling me its 18:35pm on 6th October.

 

UTC is coming up as 

 

Wed Oct  7 03:38:37 UTC 2015

And the actual time in NZDT is 

 

Wed  7 Oct 2015 16:39:28 NZDT

Anyone else notice this? my mac is set to NZDT. 

Your server would normally be set to UTC and everything would work in UTC and everything on the screen would be worked out the time in the zone depending on either the user login setting or where it detects the user is coming from. ??
