daer all...
i'm a new comer with C#, but i want to build a mobile application. does any body can tell me, where do i can start ?
what software needed ?
where i can find a good references to learn it ?
i have .Net installed on my PC, but when there is no Mobile Web Application template. Is there some thing missed with it ?

please help.....

You need to have Visual Studio 2003, when you select New Project, you need to select "smart device Project" and follow the instructions the wizard presents you with.

Good places to go are msdn.microsoft.com where there are introductions to C# and smart device development. Therre are also more resources that are linked from there, so that is a great place to start.

Its also worth signing up with a .net mailing list. These are filled with people who are experienced developers who are always willing to help newcomers. Here you can ask any questions you may have and get good answers quickly.

More details about .net user groups can be found at MSDN usergroups. The user groups generally run the list servers.
