yep thats right heres another geek with a simple virus\trojan problem....
so heres what happens,

first off, even when im not connected to teh net after the pc has been on for bout 10 mins a built in windows alert bell rings, after about another 2-5 mins the monitor goes into standby mode.... when i move the mouse/push buttons (the usual to get outta standby) nothing responds... when i press reset nothing responds either , the only way to reset the computer is to turn it off at the power suply.... ive had this for about 3 days and its F##Kin me off lol ....... could someone please help me? thanks..... Spasm :)

that is a problem unfortunately I can't help you. Talk to the people that you bought the product from or another option is talk to your cellphone provider. whether it's telecom or vodafone. If you are on telecom just ring star 123 from your mobile it is allot faster plus they might mention to take it into a Telecom shop to get sent away to get fixed so do whatever they tell you to do. Or actually try your Internet provider they will definitely tell you what to do if they tell you the wrong things that means that they are totaly useless

aaronsylvestor, spasm's problem is on PC, not a mobile phone... Why suggest to call Telecom or Vodafone?

yeah i know but they could possibly tell him what to do. If they say no then it's my fault to tell him to go into the place. But I still reccomend you talk to your internet provider or telecom
