Just as the subject title says... where's the TinyMCE / rich text editor?

Firefox's Error Console has 3 Errors:

That was strange...

A restart of Firefox seems to have fixed it, although I haven't been touching any of the extensions, or anything for that matter.

GreaseMonkey has always been off.
