can anyone help?
I'm trying to retrieve a phone number from a text message which I deleted.
Any ideas?

Which provider are you with. Telecom, Or Vodafone?.
Also I don't understand what you mean

What are you talking about johnr. This is no injury that he had. He is trying to get the phone number that he accidently deleted. Don't you people think that there should be like a recycling bin for a cellphone. Then if you accidently delete something then you could go to the recycling bin and retrieve the item that you have accidently deleted. AYE

Guys, guys... Aaronsylvestor, Acc here means "Account", the opposite of Prepaid. It's not that ACC

Also, johnr, I think William wants to find the phone number of a SMS received on his phone, not sent from his phone.
