Hey folks - advance warning that I will be invalidating all current user sessions. I'm currently working on a change to session management and this will require the session to terminated.

I'm planning on doing this later 18 May - short notice but you just have to login again.

Looks like browsing to live.gz now logs sessions out.

Sorry, folks, I did it again.

Actually I was reviewing the code and noticed some extra stuff in there. Moved everything to memory objects and changed encoding - overall reduced about 600 lines of executable for every page view. A small improvement in performance, the price to pay is having to login again...

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Yes. What I did was basically move the implementation of SHA256, HMAC and other crypto from the ASP code (compiled every time a page is served) to a COM object. This reduced the code by about 600 lines. I also removed another 400 lines of logging that are outside of the scope for our needs and moved one global routine from the forums scripts.

All in all, if you serve a few million pages a month, it means quite a bit of CPU availability you get back.
