I would like to add some of the RSS feeds that are on listed on the RSS page but I can't figure out what to enter for the RSS URL from the information provided there.

You can right-click each of the links and select Copy shortcut.... On your RSS reader you paste the clipboarc (CTRL-V) into the URL space and hit ENTER that should load the feed. If it loads ok you should then see a Subscribe option or button in your reader. And that's it...
