Would probably do notifications on subscribed threads, news, and all other items I tend to use rss.

Aside from Twitter, I am a big hater of browser notifications. (So my answers are no, no and no)
I can see why people like them though.
I'd rather find a way to block all browser notifications from all websites. Annoying things. If I want information I'll pull it or sign up for some other notification, I don't need anything pushed via a browser.
I would be OK for notification on new posts on topics I am watching.
other than that, no thanks :-)

You know these are opt-in, right?

No, no, and no.
At work I am trying to reduce distractions, not add to the list. I decline all browser notifications from all sites I use. For GZ, I make use of email notifications on forums posts which I can later check at my leisure.

PocketSmith for budgeting and personal finance management. A great Kiwi company.
Definitely having it opt in would be good.
Personally i'd love to have a notification Queue as such.
Often i'm sitting here working away, get an email notification on my phone and then switch tabs to go and find the post..
Particularly for posts i'm mentioned in, i tend to have to distrupt my flow grab phone and bring up the Emails.
I'd want it to be opt in though. Respect standard windows DND functionality - i would not want it popping up in the middle of a presentation.

I wouldn't sign up for these either. Like many people I find pop-ups annoying so I wouldn't deliberately subject myself to them.
Don't see the need personally. Email works for me. Whatever you do, don't make it a popover!
Plesse igmore amd axxept applogies in adbance fir anu typos
Negative.
Only sites I have browser notifications for are GSuite and WhatsApp.
You could do what MacRumors does and has a little flag icon that notifies you of recent thread activity in a thread you're subscribed to, or mentioned:
Quite unobtrusive and useful, clicking on it expands to show the notifications.
Nope, nope and nope.
Find it extremely frustrating that the new trend seems to be for websites to want to push notifications to you. Just the pop up asking if I want more notifications is annoying. I disable most of my phone's notifications too!
No, No, No but yes to browser notifications for watched topics.
