He was me innocently thinking that Peter Reader was an asexual time traveling flat earther from 2049. I have to now revisit my entire perspective of life, the world, the universe.

For those who don't know, Peter worked for Telecom/Spark and Reader worked for Vodafone. We decided to create a robot to automatically post some basic stuff about ADSL/line filters/speeds and came up with the name @PeterReader.

We even had a "PeterReader" made of shoebox and some electronics that was present in some of the Auckland real life meetups.

You can still see @PeterReader around - in the welcome threads and when Trade Me is mentioned...

And of course, Voda marketed on being not telecom, but over the years they have become so big and unwieldy they are the new telecom, while spark is.... a company doing things
