Example: start with 'quote', end with 'Quote'. Submit. Validation fail.

It's possible this affects other tags. I've noticed it for a few months. This was a problem long ago for tags and resolved. It's back : ).

Maybe this is why @geektastix has so much trouble with manual quotes ; )
