I have suddenly started getting Tiny Cloud popups every time I try to reply to a post. I think this is the same thing we had before but I don't know what was done to fix it. Very annoying.

+1 also weird. "Please refresh page and try again"

Perhaps try using without a VPN first?

Do'h. Sorry. I just discovered that I left the Windscribe VPN extension on. Not the first time I have tripped over that. Apologies.

Sorry, I'm still having the issues. VPN is disabled and I rebooted but I'm still getting the Tiny popup and +1 does not work correctly. I get the refresh message every time I use it. Not sure what is causing this.

OK, I can't give +1 at all. It just keeps saying to refresh page. I tried going to a different page and coming back and no +1 so it isn't registering regardless of what I do. And I keep getting that damned Tiny popup. I have updated the browser (Comodo, not Chrome but very similar) and rebooted a few times but nothing helps. This started out of the blue a couple hours ago. Until then it worked fine. I don't know what changed. Nothing obvious.

I have just encountered a very perplexing problem on Geekzone that I don’t know how to solve. For no reason I can identify, I suddenly started getting Tiny Cloud popups on my browser a couple of hours ago. I am not aware of anything that might have caused this. It just suddenly started happening.

The popup appears on the Geekzone quick reply box every time I click on it. It says “This domain is not registered with Tiny Cloud. Please review your approved domains.” If I click on the provided link, it says it is creating a (paid) account for me and it then wants me to supply a login and password.

In addition to the popup, I am no longer able to use the +1 function. If I click on that, it says “please refresh page and try again”, which never works.

I cannot find any help or contact information for Tiny Cloud. It seems to be part of the TinyMCE editor which is used by Geekzone. As far as I can tell, I am only having this problem on Geekzone. It may also be related to my browser of choice, which is Comodo.

I don’t want to have to change my browser but I have no idea how to diagnose this issue. I am hoping someone who knows more about this kind of thing than I do can help point me in the right direction. What might cause this kind of problem, and what can be done to fix it?

Please use any other browser to see if the problem happens. I am quite sure there might be a proxy or something else in the middle there.

I am using Firefox now and it works normally. So how can I undo whatever got done with Comodo?

You will have to find out what has changed - is this a new version of Comodo? Have you add any new add-on, ad blocker, script blocker, etc?

No, I have been going through all that and I can't think of anything that changed. After the problem occurred, I did update Comodo just to see if that might have any effect, but it didn't. I can't think of anything else.

What do you think about doing a system restore? Might that work? Would it be worth the risk?

A System restore would be too far, I'd think.

Too late. I slept on it and decided to bite the bullet. As expected, Comodo no longer works. I thought that would probably be the case because of the difference between the original and updated versions. I have copied the settings data and am about to reinstall Comodo. If it doesn't work it has only wasted a few hours of my time.

So I just did an upgrade install which kept my settings and Comodo works fine again. Only problem is that the damned Tiny $$$%#@!% is back again. Jesus!

Whatever has buggered it is hidden somewhere in the settings. I will probably have to do a clean install to get rid of it. Man, this is really annoying!

Why not install Comodo by itself, without your settings and see if it works?
