I have been doing a lot of work behind the scenes to make the site faster - removing scripts, moving scripts around the pages. Since I had to remove a bit of code to fix this, I've decided to make it a bit smarter too - so you will notice topics with less replies on a page will show less ads on the sidebar.

This should make pages faster to load on average.

Been seeing a similar thing again the last couple of days - a vertical ad for Defence Force floating and covering up the left hand side of the forums, with the options menu (stalk/PM/report) then floating on top of the ad. Just me? Firefox 85, whitelisted adblocker.
