Where there are 10 users so all things being fair, each of those 10 users would have a stat of neither 1/16 or 2/16 for those 2 criteria.

Where my stats for the above 2 criteria are both 1/16

They do indeed.  The Mod forums are just like a normal forum, just with a specific ACL (Access Control List) for just the Mods.

Sort of like an airport lounge for frequent fliers.  Except ours is run down and no free intraweb.
