For no apparent reason than the fact that our moderators and friends like to travel up and down New Zealand, we will be getting together Saturday 13th December for drinks in Wellington.

This is not a sponsored event - it means there won't be a tab (well no plans for that, but we never know - feel free to contact me if you want to sponsor a tab for drinks, food or prizes).

I can tell you it will be a great opportunity to meet our moderators and talk about geek stuff.

We will be meeting 13th December from 6pm (or earlier if you are around) at The Black Harp, in Wellington.

Please post a reply if you are joining us so we can have an idea of numbers for booking.

I'll be there!
And what's *wrong* with travelling all around the countryside to drink alcohol with you all? :D

I would have loved to have come but I have something else on that night so assuming that it's in the evening I won't be able to make it.

Hope everyone has fun though!

Sorry it must be on a Saturday to accommodate the out of towners coming to Wellington... And you will know everyone after you get there...

Maybe a simul-event in all three major centres? Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch... (ok, and any other centres too). I suggest this as I can't get up to Wellington *lol*

STI: Any chance hosting the event in Auckland?

Sorry, but we already had lots of events around the country this year, and since this one is not sponsored we can't really do it. Check www.grabaseat.co.nz for some discounted airfares...
