Hi there,

Im trying to change the email address registered to my geekzone profile, which is incorrect.

When I make the changes, and recieve the geekzone email, I click on the link that takes me to my profile page.
But my email address does not update. I have done this many times now and no luck.

Anyone know what I can do to change my email?

It is a two step process: you request the e-mail, and click the link. Then you can update the entry and click the button to update.

This guarantees the e-mail belongs to you.

Hmmm this is what I've done. But no luck.

after I have recieved  the email, I click the link, Update my email address, then it just sends me another email, and I repeat the process because it still comes up with the old email address after I enter the correct one and click update

No luck,

It just keeps going back to the message that I've been sent an email. Copy and paste that and it just repeats the process over and over. With the old email address in my profile

I've just changed my email twice - to something else and back.

The steps are:

1.Go to profile page, change email click update
2.Open the email and follow the link
3.Update the email address again and click update

Followed those steps.

At the end of step 3 I click update,
and it says its sent another email, repeats over again.

And you used the same email address? Can you PM the link to me please and the email it's supposed to be?
