Maybe I missed a memo but I have just noticed that the GZ ‘new forum posts’ page sometimes shows a strange icon in its tab. When I open the page on its own, it shows the normal GZ ‘g’ but when I open a second tab, the tab icon/favicon in the first page changes to a stylised red and white capital ‘D’.

Have I missed something?
