Please post "I want one", and you'll be entered into the draw. Eight invites are available, and we'll send it to your e-mail currently registered on Geekzone.

Please be warned that invites can't be sent to Yahoo! e-mail addresses because it seems their servers block GMAIL accounts. Also, if you ask for an invite and it does not arrive for any reason (your e-mail is invalid, your server is blocking GMAIL invites, etc) we can't resend them - these are limited.

The draw will be conducted Tuesday 25 January 2005, 8am New Zealand time.

Thanks to david.bell who's donating four of these invites to our forum

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Hey geeks,
I have 8 brand spanking new gmail invites to get rid of.
i'll give them to the first 8 people that send an email to [jellyweb & gmail dot com] (do the obvious to turn that into a real email address!)
with "gis a gmail account" (or similar) in the subject, also include your geekzone username in the body, cause i ain't giving them away to non geekzoners, only one per member!

Mauricio, hope this doesn't ruin your competition in any way, sorry if it does!

also, while i'm at it, i'm looking for *skilled* freelance web designers and developers to network with. 2005 is already proving that it's going to be a big year for us, and we'll be needing to sub contract out some work.
The geeks should be .NET developers, ideally using c#, and also be able to design SQL Server databases.
The creatives should be able to hand code html and javascript, minimise their use of graphics, and SEO each page they design.
The ideal candidate will do both -well!
Note that i'm not posting a job ad here, i'm just looking to develop my network so i can call on people when i need to. if you or someone you know is interested please check out my website and contact me via the details on it. (www.jellyweb.co.nz).

Thanks,
Tim
