Hi Guys,

Anyone else interested in photography?  I created a geekzone flickr group at http://www.flickr.com/groups/geekzonenz

Be cool to see your shots

For billions of years since the outset of time, every single one of your ancestors survived, every single person on your Mum and Dads side, successfully looked after and passed onto you life.  What are the chances of that like?

Joined up as well. I like taking photos but have been slack last few months. Time to get back out there despite the weather.

I agree, there are some amazing photos on flikr. I find some great tutorials on youtube for post processing. Search youtube for gavin hoey. His photoshop tutorials are fantastic.

This is the best picture there in my opinion:

Soccer mum's van with mags. You don't live in South Auckland by any chance?

hahaha! no, hamilton - and the mags are for practical as well as aesthetic reasons, the body roll on that thing was incredible till the wheels were put on!

I'm secretly ashamed but I must say if you must have a people mover, that one is the nicest driving that I tried!

And yes, I am still trying to justify the purchase to myself

I'll post some pics of my Swift GTI in a lame attempt to redeem myself lol

Also if you are interested, me and a mate have started a forum for Photographers in NZ over @ http://www.photographersonline.co.nz - we built it with vbulletin.

I thought people might be interested in if they are looking to use something with a bit more emphasis around discussion and constructive feedback for their photography. So check it out if your keen :)
