Hi there, I hope that one of you brains out there can shed a bit of light on my problem. I have just purchased a new computer and after installing all software and hardware I have run into a couple of problems. I can not access the internet though programes such as AVG or Adobe for updates. This is the same with all programes. I have tryed turning the firewall off and changing settings but to no evail.

Is there anyone out there that can help please!!!!!!!!
