Hi there. I have tried numerous times to update my email address. No luck. It sends me a confirmation email to link to my profile page and when I click on it, it takes me to my profile page but still has the old email entered.

This is correct. You receive an email with a code, which tells us the email address is valid. With that code you can chaange the email address now.

There is a discussion about this from last week, just look aroujd before asking.
