I see the option in my user profile options is set to enabled but I can't change it. Using mobile safari btw. Cheers

You can disable on an individual basis when you receive the email notification - there's a link to unsubscribe from that specific discussion.

You can uncheck the box when posting in the forums.

You can uncheck the box that sets the default when posting in the forums.

If you request notification we now have the options for receiving one notification for every reply, one notification only until your next visit to the topic, or one notification only until your next visit to the topic (24 hours reset).

You should be able to change this using Mobile Safari but better do it from a desktop browser - we only tested our mobile version of the site on mobile browsers.
