When I marked the first outgoing message (it was unread) by ticking it and clicking on Delete marked messages below the outgoing messages, to my surprise the first incoming message was deleted instead.

I tried this again with the next outgoing message and the first incoming message disappeared again so I know I did not do this wrong.

Something is not quite working as it should.
