I'm trying to upload a 644kb jpg image to my gallery for use in the Aeron chair competition but it just won't upload. What can I do?

Make it smaller so it fits within the 200kb limit (stated at the bottom of the upload page) - otherwise upload to another image hosting service

Find me on Twitter!

I posted 1, 2 x 10^3 times!

Thanks for the fast reply, manhinli. Resized to 192Kb and it uploaded nicely.

Uploaded the chair image to my gallery but I couldn't get it into my post for the Aeron Chair competition. When I clicked the upload button on my post it only allowed me to upload from my computer to my gallery and said because I was new here I couldn't post links. So how can i get my photo on that post? It's probably too late now anyway as you only get 15 minutes in which to edit.

Hello there... You can't post LINKs. There isn't anything preventing you posting IMAGEs. You have to click the COMPOSE REPLY button to get the nice editor - then click the IMAGE icon (the one with the tree) and paste the address.

I suggest you read this http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=4&topicid=59178

Thank you, Mauricio! I've done that and it worked well. I just hope I don't get disqualified for posting twice. Now I will try the Twitter thing and hope I don't mess that up as well.
