When you post a post, I have noticed it just reloads the thread.

This is fine on smaller threads but with threads that are spanning two or more pages it means we have to do another page load to get to it.

With the email notifications you have included page anchors. The question is, is it possible to use the same anchors for the thread when you have just posted?

Should be easy... I will get on to this a little bit later.

Thanks for the suggestion.

This is done now. You should be automatically redirected to your own post after replying to any thread.

Be careful: if any replied at the same and yours is the last post you might have to scroll up to see the other post. But you will still receive all e-mail notifications and all with the correct anchor tags.

This works great.

However if you edit your post afterwards. i often make speeling mistakes or miss bits etc. When you click on update it takes you back to the first post. Could this be redone same as the post button?

Edit: see my spelling sucks.

This can be done, but later... I am coding the Geekzone Blog feature right now, and for the next couple of weeks I won't be available, but will put this on the list.

By the way, we receive an e-mail for each post - including the updates. Yes, I know how many times some people change their minds...
