I've tried five times now to replace my squashed Gravatar (many thanks to all of you who sent me kind notes like "who sat on your head") with a more square pic, but... they're just rating my old picture, ignoring the new one.

What do I need to do? Delete the existing Gravatar and start from scratch? Not getting any responses from support@gravatar.com.

Right.

But...

You can't do that. There's no way to delete the Gravatar, only to remove the email address. So I did that, and re-registered.

Once I've done that, I see... the old squashed picture.

This is more of an work around... but do you have another email account that you could use for Geekzone?

You could possibly get around that way.

Update... the squashed Gravatar disappeared for a few days, and the fixed one was pending meanwhile. Now it's been rated (S for Silly) and I no longer look like someone sat on my head. I hope.

Oh, really? When I met you I thought the picture was true to life. I am sorry I misunderestimated (Bushism) that.

"Juha" sounds like a war cry - ' JUUUUUUUHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ' as you run into battle wielding a large battleaxe....

I wish my name was just as cool (try yelling ' TONNNNNNNYYYYYYYYYYY ' next time you enter battle... you will feel like a plonker....)
