We've just added a new feature that will make it easier for users to keep up with discussions in our forums.

We know that every now and then there are some "interesting" users. It could be because they post thoughtful posts, or just because youwant to make sure specific questions don't go unanswered.

You will now find in our forums pages, under the user name, a button labelled "Stalk". Once you click that button you will receive an email notification every time that user posts in our forums - be it a reply or new topic.

Once you are "stalking" a user that button will turn into a "Stop Stalking" button, and will obviously remove your subscription from that user's stream.

How does this affect/interact with the already existing friends feature.
Can we see who is stalking us, or get a list of all people we stalk?

It doesn't change how Geekzone Friends work. It's different actually.

You can't see who is watching you, but you will be able to see all the people you're following on a single page, soon.

Good to keep track of key GZers for any forum discussion development, quite handy indeed! Kudos!

If i had one suggestion it would be that the green colour is very similar to the Topic Starter green and if you are scrolling down the page quickly i mistake it for the Topic Starter image, so maybe a different colour would be nice?

It only works for me, once I have tried going from profile management. The direct link did not work before then.

That's because I've fixed it between rscole and jbard's posts... I am that quick.
