When opening a link in email etc, the new banner at the top is ontop of the name/reply/quote button etc.

Need to scroll up to see who posted and when etc.

As a subscriber I am not seeing this, so am not sure what banner you mean?

I would have been happy with the anchor for forum posts just being moved up a few 10s of px's so that it arrived visible under the banner. But moving the banner to the top is fine too.
