Hi I was wondering if one of you wise gurus could advise me of how to unlock my 3mobile LG8130 phone so that i can use on any network. The phone has just completed a 12 month contract and the 3mobile coverage is dire.

Welcome to Geekzone... At the end of a contract you can request an unlock code directly from the operator. Contact 3 and ask for this code.

Bear in mind that most phones are customised to specific network operator's settings so it may happen that not all functions will work in other networks.
