Hey guys,

Hopefully a really simple one. We've just moved office and we're currently running on a temporary connection from a local ISP, just about everything we brought with us is working perfectly. Except our WXC SIP line..

We're running an Eqypi Quadro with both a WXC line, and some 2Talk lines. The 2Talk lines are registered and working fine. But I'm just getting a timeout during registration on the WXC line?

Specifically:

Could not Register user 6870**** on server as.wxcnz.net:5060. Reason: Timeout occurred

Where should I start looking?

Maverick's onto it (as usual), looks like a NAT issue.

your registered fine Phil Put it appears your new router is sending from a new port not 5060 which is fine but it looks like its not natting this port back to the PBX when we send SIP messages back to you, will follow up with a PM with the details
