Hello, We just got our new tbox today, liking it

However when we tried to record stuff on channel 100 and some other channels it doesn't come up with the option to record the series, it just puts the red recording symbol on it straight away, Software bug?

Most of the other channels work fine

Thanks

Sky TV control the series link numbers and EPG data. It's likely they are not providing these on some programmes/channels.

If you send me a DM with the programme names and channels I will raise it with Sky.

Cheers
Grant

Yeah I noticed the same on channel 26, Choice TV.  Series record does not work on T-box but it works fine on my freeview recorder.
