Tried to open the app this morning - I have version 2.1.1 and got an error "The version of this application is no longer supported". I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.3. Suspect the issue might be the upgrade to 7.0.3, because the app was working fine before I applied that upgrade, and I think this is the first time I've tried to use it since.

Is anyone else having the same issue? I tried to report the problem via the app support page at Vodafone.co.nz, and got a "method not allowed" error from the website.

Do you mean the "My Vodafone" app?

If so, 2.1.1 with iOS 7.03 is logging in OK for me.

However, instead of displaying the data usage, it shows the casual date rate instead.

Tap the data circle and it should show more information.

Unfortunately not. It says there is no usage activity since last top up, so appears to be telling me about casual data usage, rather than data associated to the prepay smart addon.

Voice minutes / txts displays normally - i.e. minutes used / days remaining circles.

Logging in to My VF via the website, or digging through the menus in the app, confirms that data usage is being recorded correctly, it just doesn't display in the app like it did previously.

Either way, IMO, the first thing you should be greeted with should be balances of remaining minutes/data/txt and not have to tap through to get individual balances - I would have thought it was one of the most frequent uses for the app.
